In Nov 2006 I had the following result -
Chol. 4.22 HDL 1.00 LDL 2.39 Tri 1.82
As I Have diabetes and 2 years ago had a by-pass my doctor recommended Zocor (25mg per day). I have had another test after 6 weeks on Zocor
Chol 2.46 HDL 0.82 LDL 1.19 Tri 0.99
The result seems OK apart from the HDL. Should I worry?

Your orginal numbers were not bad.
The HDL at 1.0 was only slightly below the normal range and TRIG just a bit higher than normal.
Since your treatment your CHOL is far too low, HDL is far too low, LDL is far too low.
Only your TRIG have normalized on Zocor.
