I'm 34, have excellent cholesterol and blood pressure.  I've never smoked, done drugs.  I exercise 5-6 times a week - both cardio and weights.  Eat out a couple of times of month and cook healthy meals.  Recently went to the cardiologist because of a tightness in my chest during strenuous cardio and heart palpitations.  I underwent a stress-test (I was the only one in the office under 60).  The test shows I have a blocked artery.  I've scheduled a CT exam.  How is this possible??? Could it be something I was born with???
