31yro with high triglycerides

I recently had blood work done and was told that my triglycerides are at 405. I do drink, but eat well and exercise some. Should I be concerned? What can I do? Can I still drink alcohol? Please help. Email:  dquinlan1@hotmail.com

Reason for 40%+ rise in LDL

My first lipid panel showed: TC=195, HDL=35,LDL=95, Triglycerides=325. At this same time abnormal liver function due to anti-biotics was shown. Two months later lipid panel showed:TC=206, HDL=33, LDL=136, Tri's=185. I need help

Hi, I have high cholesterol ...and I have question. Sometimes when I walk I can't control my legs... is it because of the high cholesterol? ...also the carbohydrate is high so what kind food helps to lower the cholesterol and the carbohydrate ..and by the way I am 40....and my cholesterol is 280mg.

Am I being over prescribed?
