Reason for 40%+ rise in LDL
My first lipid panel showed: TC=195, HDL=35,LDL=95, Triglycerides=325. At this same time abnormal liver function due to anti-biotics was shown. I need help
Hi, I have high cholesterol ...and I have question. Sometimes when I walk I can't control my legs... is it because of the high cholesterol? ...also the carbohydrate is high so what kind food helps to lower the cholesterol and the carbohydrate ..and by the way I am 40....and my cholesterol is 280mg.

Am I being over prescribed?
I am so grateful to have found this site. It appears to be just what I was looking for. I'm a very athletic 66 year old male with an uneventful health history except the normal aches and pains of aging. I play basketball in a senior's league 3 times a week and walk 3 miles a day, 3 times a week. I have never taken prescription... Read more
