Reason for 40%+ rise in LDL

My first lipid panel showed: TC=195, HDL=35,LDL=95, Triglycerides=325. At this same time abnormal liver function due to anti-biotics was shown. Two months later lipid panel showed:TC=206, HDL=33, LDL=136, Tri's=185. need a plan

Just had my physical for this year....not good. Last year cholesterol was at 216 A little high, but nothing like what I was told this year. Triglycerides at 586 cholesterol at 287 HDL at 42.
