Confused about transfats
I am a 62 year old male who has changed diet, exercised and is taking a moderate dose of a statin for high cholesterol. My numbers have dropped into the acceptable range, but I am confused about transfats when reviewing the ingredients on food labels. How Do I Keep My Cholesterol Down?
