Q: Can bad cholesterol (160-180) and high stress, cause constant dizzyness and blurryness at night?

Hello. I have been desperate for months to try to find an answer. One of my relatives has a bad cholesterol of 160-180, he is 24 years old, smokes, does not excercise, and has a high level of stress. Now, his symptoms are constant dizzyness and he blurry vision, expecially at night. He explains he sees blurry when he looks at light poles at night. Can anyone please tell me if these are causes of high cholesterol? Or what it could be? He did a complete test, including blood tests, and nothing was found, besides the bad high cholesterol.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!:(:(
