Recent Cholesterol Levels: Triglycerides 45 LDL 91 HDL 124 Total 224 Is there a problem here?

48 years old, fit, recently removed sugar and grains from my diet; increased fat and protein, had cholesterol tested after 7 weeks.  Trigycerides usually 60-70 and HDL usually 85-95.  LDL around 80.  Trigycerides dropped to 45 and HDL shot up to 124.  Doctor is concerned that…
