Q: Items with 0mg Cholesterol.

My Doctor just inform me that my Cholesterol is going high. I start eating food as describe on the website. My question is, what does it mean when buying an item that said Cholesterol 0mg. Does this help?  I am 59, does not do any exercise. For my work have to walk a lot. Start eating food with less cholesterol, no salt, no sugar, change to splenda.

Hi Rock:

Cholesterol 0mg means there is NO cholesterol in the food. I hope this is what you meant by your question. I've attached some articles that you may find of interest.
