Are there any OTC products that help in lowering triglycerides?

Hi Nicsgigi,

 

I recommend you read the following article for the best strategies to lower your triglyceride levels - Triglycerides: Why they matter and how to lower them.

 

An OTC supplement that has a positive impact on cholesterol levels as a whole would be omega 3 fatty acids, but supplementing omega 3's is not necessarily the best approach to lower triglycerides.
