Hello,
I am a 22 yr old female who is 5'4'' and weighs 110lbs. I exercise about 3 times a week and eat mostly healthy. Recently I went for a pysical exam and the doctor said there was a high level of glucose in my urine and ordered a glucose tolerance test for diabetes. When the results came through, she said I did not have diabetes but found that my cholestral was too high, my trigylcerides were 229, ldl 97 and hld a 66. She told me that this indicates that I need to change my diet and eat healthier, which suprised me since I already eat a low fat, low sugar diet. I am wondering if there are other reasons for this or other health problems that this could be an indication of? Also, I have low blood pressure.
Thanks.
