Hi Southerngirl24,   Your current weight is very healthy and great job being active.  Your current BMI is 20, which is great as is your body fat percent.  That being said, you could lose a few pounds if you wanted to and still be healthy.  However, you do not want to drop your BMI below 18.5 (10 pound weight loss).  If your BMI gets too low your health risks begin to increase again, just as if you were overweight.   I wouldn't recommend focusing on weight loss but on making your current weight a healthy weight by being active, building muscle, and eating a well-balance diet.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD Top 5 Key Strategies to Lose Weight Permanently
