OK im 13 and iv been trying to get into better shape mostly in my abs even though i was born with an athletic body....so i kinda took advantage of that and eat a crap load of junk food all cuz i could.. and now im not in as half as good shape as i was 2 years ago and i was looking for a work out that focus manly on the abs and 1 more thing how do i find out what my body fat % is with out going to the dr.....thanks to thoughs who helped!!!
