Q: I am a 35 year old male who has always had a slightly high BMI(even in the ARMY) in spite of maintaining a healthy lifestyle a decent body fat% never more than 16%. Should I be concerned?

Hi Capecodman,

 

For some individuals, estpecially those with a high muscle mass, BMI is not always acccurate. I'd track your body fat percent for a more accurate representation of your weight being healthy or not.
