Loss of leg control with high cholesterol?

Hi, I have high cholesterol ...and I have question. Sometimes when I walk I can't control my legs... is it because of the high cholesterol? ...also the carbohydrate is high so what kind food helps to lower the cholesterol and the carbohydrate ..and by the way I am 40....and my cholesterol is 280mg.

Not sure about the loss of leg control, you should go see a doc to get that checked out. For the types of foods you should be eating, here is a great resource... I hope that was helpful.
