Hello Curious Jolly,   Actually just the opposite. when you asked the question, the website had just started up. Because some questions are unanswerable by doctors - it is illegal to diagnose anything over the internet - some questions will go unanswered until a community member decides to answer them. If no community members have a good answer then your question will not be answered. Sorry about the confusion. we are currently making it more clear on the page where people ask their questions that diagnoses are illegal to give over the internet. Also there is a very large volume of questions asked per day. We have many highly qualified doctors but even then they cant answer every question simply because we get thousands. We rely on the involvment of the community as well. Sorry about the delay in getting back to you
