Hi Riya,

I'm not for sure I understand your question.  Are you wanting to know a food that contains HDL cholesterol?  The cholesterol in food is just that - cholesterol.  But when we consume cholesterol and fats the body packages them into different "vehicles".  HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol is composed of more protein than the other packages (LDL, VLDL).  HDL removes cholesterol from your bloodstream and carries it back to the liver.  HDL should be greater than 40 mg/dL, ideally greater than 60 mg/dL.

If my answer didn't clear up your confusion, ask another and we'll try again!

All the best,
