Hi thereMy heart rate is 108 beats per min just sitting by my desk relaxing and this is constant.

I have probelsm breathing at times and need to yawn to get breath in properly and then I am tired .my heart also slows down some times and pauses with a hard deep beat and then continues on fast.My doctor told my also that my lungs are overlarged. Do you have any input? Thank you
