Q: Question about High Cholestrol?

I have cholestrol between 200 and 250.  I am NOT able to take any prescription drugs to lower this no. The reason is I manage to immediately have too many of the side effects.  I have also tried Niacin and that created problems with my legs.  Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Charlene,

You can lower you cholesterol naturally by making some diet and lifestyle changes.  Knowing the breakdown of you numbers (LDL, HDL, and triglycerides) will also help you determine the best steps to take.
