Is high HDL cholesterol bad?

hgc21
04/17/08

I have always had cholesterol around 160.  I just found out my cholesterol is now at 213, LDL 82, Try 148 and my HDL 120.  I know the HDL are "good", but I am 30 points over the range.  Is there anything I should be concerned about?  I am 38, a healthy woman that exercises regularly and eats fresh food.
