is there a listing of all lunch meats? there calories, fats, etc. and a listing of all other fruits,vegetables,meats,cereals(hot & cold) fresh and canned? thank you, sue e-mail: sueed@cableone.net

I am not aware of list for the nutrition breakdown of lunch meats or other foods. You can search for the information individually on sites like www.thedailyplate.com or www.calorieking.com.

I use a book named "Nutrition Advisor" published by Prevention Magazine
It has all the information you need and more.
