Fibrates like fenofibrate (Tricor) and gemfibrozil (Lopid, Gen-Fibro, or Jezil) have been linked to a high risk of gallstones when combined with ezetimibe (Zetia). Though this link is not confirmed, the combination is not recommended until further data is obtained.

I've been taking Tricor 145mg, Zetia 10mg, and Lovaza 1G (4 each day) for 3 years. I haven't had any problems yet. Best of luck.
