Will I have muscle pain if I stop taking Zocor after a week?

I accidentally lost 7 pills and now I have severe pain in my left hip. Never had pain like this! Then I thought since my back was out for a while, the pain just moved to the hip. I don't think that's it.

This is not a typical side effect from discontinuing Zocor. I recommend you discuss with your physician.
