I have high cholesterol and enjoy soy milk (vanilla) rather than regular milk. Is soy milk any more or less healthy for my condition than regular milk?

As I have been told by a nutritionist, regular milk is an animal product and therefore where cholesterol is concerned, soy milk is better. So I drink my soy milk and get my antioxidants and some other fantastic nutrients from a great product obtained at(www.acaiplus.com/31975). I feel great.                                         Joseph

This video animation shows how cholesterol behaves in the blood stream. Cholesterol is a soft, fat-like, waxy substance found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells.
