I AM 5'0. I HAVE PUT ON QUITE A BIT SINCE MY LAST CHILD. I WEIGH 158LBS AND I EXERCISE 1HR 3 TIMES A WEEK. I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW MANY GRAMS OF FAT AND CALORIES I SHOULD CONSUME EACH DAY TO HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT.

Hi Mama386,

 

Fat should be limited to 30% of less of your total daily calories. So, if you eat an 1800 calorie diet that would equal 540 calories or 60 grams of fat.
