Hi Viloigor,

 

The American Heart Association recommends LDL cholesterol be less than 130 mg/dl and ideally less than 100 mg/dl.  Your level of 80 is great.  I encourage you to discuss with your physician to determine why Lipitor was prescribed and if you need to continue the treatment or adjust the dosage, etc.
