Hi Davinder,

I'm not able to find nutrition information on fried peanuts.  Peanuts themselves do not contain cholesterol - 0 mg.  The calorie content of roasted peanuts is approximately 160 calories per ounce with 14 grams of total fat, 2 grams of fiber, and 7 grams of protein.  Frying a food usually requires the addition of fat, so it's fairly safe to say that roasted peanuts are the better choice from a nutritional standpoint.

All the best,

This video animation shows how cholesterol behaves in the blood stream. Cholesterol is a soft, fat-like, waxy substance found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells.
