I take 20mg Lipitor and 142mg tricor. I forgot to refil my prescriptions so I have missed a couple days. I have had an upset stomach each time I eat for the past day and a half. Just wondering if this is related?

It's unlikely your upset stomach is related to your missed dosage; however, still worth discussing with your physician.
