According to the package insert, rash is not listed as a side effect of tricor.
I have always said that any drug can cause any problem in any patient. This means that it is still possible to have a side effect that has not been experienced or reported in the past. Should you develop a problem, be sure to notify your doctor so that he can advise you on the next course of action.
But overall, the risk is extremely low of having this side effect.
