Q: If my % of fat cal. is >30% and my % of Sat. Fat Cal. is >10% then how can my cholesterol be low?

Hi Nannysteph,

 

Genetics plays a role.  If you follow a higher fat diet and maintain low cholesterol levels, most likely you are blessed with good genes!
