Q: Please be specific in ways of lowering triglycerides. Are triglyserides deposited in the body?

 Please be specific and list foods to avoid for lowering triglycerides.  Also are triglyserides depoisited as fatty lumps?  If so will lowering triglycerides prevent these fatty lumps from happening?

Triglycerides is a fat that is found in your blood stream.  Triglycerides are also the form of fat that is deposited and stored for energy.  The steps that promote a lower triglyceride level also support decreased fat storage, such as physical activity, decreased simple sugar intake, etc.
