Hello Debbie,

The range of Total Cholesterol  [Desirable 120-200] [Borderline 200-240] [High Risk >240]

So he is borderline for Total cholesterol
LDL-Cholesterol [Desirable 60-130] [Borderline 130-160] [High Risk >160]
Again borderline for LDL which is the bad cholesterol that he must work on decreasing it by being careful for his diet!

His HDL which is the Good Cholesterol is Great at 57, since desriable range should be above 45!
And no worries concerning Triglycerides which normal range ( 30 - 200 ) and his are 160 which is fine!

If he is having any health problems, smoking, or increased alcoholism, then you must check with your doctor because those might increase risks of cardiovascular diseases!

I hope I have answered you!

Regards
