Hi Brecka,   First, I never recommend dropping below 1200 calories per day.  Dropping your calories too low causes your body to revert to "conservation" mode and your metabolism drops.  Too few calories also leads to muscle losses.   That being said, since you currently eat 1100 calories daily, if you added a mile walk each day to burn ~100 extra calories daily, you should lose weight at a rate of 1 pound every 4-5 weeks.  It'd take a significant chunk of time to shed the twelve pounds.  To increase your rate of weight loss to 1-2 pounds per week, consider adding weight training and walking longer distances. . .you may need to boost your calorie intake for results.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD The Best Way to Lose Weight
