It's alright for now, but that is just because you are young, have normal genetics, and are not grossly obese (if you are young and not fat it is really hard to get high cholesterol).  It will get worse as you age if you don't eat right and continue exercising.   For longterm heart and artery health you should work on your diet to get these specific numbers:   HDL: 50 + (the higher the better, 70-85 is great, below 40 is really bad)   LDL: <100 (the lowest I've reasonably seen is 70's, but near 100 is damn good)   Triglycerides: ~75 (200 is really bad and probably means you are eating too many carbs and not enough good fats).
