holiday diet for kidney disease

family care taker
11/06/08

WE found out a month ago that our brother /brother in-law age 42 is in stage 2 to stage 3 of kidney disease.  He is also on medicenes for other things as well.   He lives in a group home for adults for mentally challenged.

when he comes home for holidays, would like to fix good healthy meals.

So, far, they did give us a list of what he should not eat, but recipes would be nice.

He likes the r i c e milk that  they put him on, and that he takes home from time to time.

low sodium, low cholestrol, and limit on proteins--are recommedations

I am not sure what medicenes he is on.
