How to Lower Cholesterol in 8 Simple Steps
hi. Just want to let you know if you're taking 10 mg of Lipitor daily, it would be a very good idea for you to also take CoQ10 every morning. Doctors in Asia now routinely prescribe one with the other, because it has been proven now that taking a statin can lower the levels of CoQ10 in your body (and they get lower as you age, anyway, so actually this is a good idea for anyone.) This is easy - just get Nature Made CoQ10 in the 100 mg capsule and pop one each morning. It's an anti-oxidant that helps with a lot of things. (and also my doctor precribed for me Epsom salt baths - to increase circulation and magnesium-flow in cells, along with Bilberry (an anti-oxidant to increase blood flow in small passages, like eyes), and finally -- an apple a day! for the fiber and pectin in it - also increases blood flow and circulation and helps get rid of cholesterol). All this has been extremely effective for me, and I hope it helps you. :- ) A fantastic doctor in Singapore, Harvard-trained, who speaks Chinese, English, and 3 other languages, prescribed all this for me - and I am taking 10 mg Lipitor, just as you are.
