Q: I am 36 years old man. My Total Cholesterol 155, HDL 40.60, Triglycerides 238, LDL 66.76, VLDL 47. What can I do.

Hi Trilok Chand:

 

Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:

Total cholesterol less than 200
HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60
LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100
Triglycerides less than 150

 

Your triglycerides are elevated and your HDL is a little on the low end, and VLDL is slightly elevated.
