Hi Vanessa,
Check out this post with tips specfic to lower triglycerides:
Triglycerides: Why They Matter and How to Lower Them
A diet high in fruits (including pineapple) and vegetables is essential to overall good health and lowering cholesterol levels. However, triglycerides are strongly impact by sugar in the diet and fruit does contain fructose (a type of sugar). You still need fruit in your diet if you have high triglycerids, you just need to be careful about how much you have at one time and what you eat with it. Fruit juice is something you may want to restrict if you are working to lower triglycerides. Fruit juice does not contain the fiber you would also receive in a piece of whole fruit. Fiber helps regulate blood sugar levels (which impact triglycerides).
All the best,
