Q: what should be a daily diet for skinny body?

i am 18 years old.i am a boy.i wiegh 50kgs.my height is 5.6 .i am a vegetarain..i have a skiny body what should be my diet to have a good body and height??i dont want my hands and body to look skiny.

Hi Tarang,

 

Basics include eating three regular meals with snacks between meals everyday.  Include high calorie nutritious foods, such as peanut butter, cheese, and nuts, to boost your calorie intake.  Being physically active (including strength training) will help you build muscle, gain weight, and stay healthy.
