Q: i take lipitor 10mg for cholestrol and zestril10mg and tenormin 25mg at present my bp is 120/80 and

my present reading is as follows total cholesterol 163, hdl 42 ldl 92 can i take salmon fish oil and how much

Hi Faridah,

 

Yes, you can take salmon fish oil to promote heart health.  I recommend discussing all supplements with your physician and making sure you do not have potential for any drug-nutrient interactions.  Check out the following post to learn how much you should supplement.
