Q: what should my daily cholesterol be?

Hi Kristie,


If your LDL cholesterol is normal, limit cholesterol to 300 mg per day.  If you have elevated LDL cholesterol or take medication to lower cholesterol, limit daily cholesterol intake to 200 mg per day or less.  These are guidelines from the American Heart Association.
