Q: My HDL is 125mg/dL,LDL 73.6mg/dL, Triglyderides 121mg/dL, non-HDL Cholesterol is 81.0, Chol/HDL ratio is 1.6, totaL cholesterol 206mg/dL. Why is my good (HDL) so high and is this really a good thing?

My cholesterol levels have always been like this. My last BP was 90/64, HR: 52. I am 56yo female who power walks 3-5 times per week, 30-90 min, 4mph pace, and have done so for over 20 years. Just wondering how one's HDL can be so high?
