Q: How to reduce Chole

Hi

 I am a female aged 29 years old

 

My Serum Cholestrol is 255, HDL-C 78, LDL 164, VDLDL 13, HDL risk factor 3.3. Do i need medications or just change my lifestyle and take omega 3 plus??
Please advice what to eat and what NOT to eat

Hi Nermine,

 

You'd benefit from lowering LDL cholesterol levels, which you can do with diet and lifestyle changes along with monitoring by your physician.  Here's a link to information:
