Q: low cholesterol diet

daily foods to eat and avoid to lower cholesterol

First you might want to use a body cleansing to remove all the bad stuff;then start with low fat diet foods( always check you fat( under 50gms.) intake on packages as well as sugar(under 50grms.) fresh fruits,kiwi,NO FRIED FOODS,eat fish. Green leafy veggies are a must but don't use BUTTER.
