Loryn,   Great question!  The average large egg has 213 milligrams of cholesterol and all of this  is contained in the yolk.  The egg white has no cholesterol.  Egg substitutes are made with egg whites and can be used in cooking recipes as well as breakfast dishes.   Thanks again for the question.   Martin Cane, M.D.
