Hi jmcnc1,   You do not have enough information to tell you much.  You would need to know LDL or triglycerides to complete calculations.   What you do know is your ratio of Total Cholesterol to HDL is 2.23, which is excellent.  To calculate, divide total cholesterol by HDL.   All the best,   Lisa Nelson, RD, LN 8 Essential Steps to Lower Cholesterol Naturally
