My cholesterol is 230 my triglycerides are 96 HDL 61 LDL 150 Should I be on medication?

I am 49 years old and my siblings are around my age as well and they are on medication for high cholesterol. I have not been advised to take anything and was concerned about these numbers since they showed up on my report with a star indicating abnormal/high.
