first I would suggest looking at the following titled:

know the symptoms of  the adverse affects of statins. you can find a list here (list on the right starting with those relating to "Blood"):

know also that many of the most severe long term adverse effects of statins do not end with the discontinuation of the statin and that statins have not benifit in primary prevention...if you don't have heart desease already statins DO NOT lessen your risk!  see that here:

Take all this info into consideration and know your doctor is ignorant of these studies because the drug companies flood them with half-truths, lies, and skewed statistics.
