Q: my triglyceride level is 270. is that very high & at risk of heart failure?

Hi Des,

 

The American Heart Association recommends triglycerides be less than 150. You level of risk depends on your specific health situation and can best be assessed by your MD. Here's an article you may be interested in with tips to lower triglycerides.

I have gotten it down from 700 to 270 should I keep on doing what I am doing.....???????? everything else in normal range
