Hi Athibeau5,

Are you asking how many pounds of fat do you need to lose?  If so, this depends on what you weigh.

Here's an example of how to calculate the amount.  If you weight 150 pounds and are 24.9% body fat and want to be 22% body.

150 x 24.9% = 37.35 pounds of fat

150 x 22% = 33 pounds of fat

Need to lose 4.35 pounds of fat to be 22% body fat.  This is an approximate and will vary slightly because as you lose fat you may also lose or gain weight.

All the best,
