Should I be concerned because HDL is low?

My total cholesterol is 77, HDL only 30, LDL 37 and Tri 52...my father had similar numbers for decades and had a heart attack out of the blue at the age of 70.  His arteries are so blocked that it looks like a string of pearls.  His body created bypassing "veins" to heart by itself…
